NOTICE OF REFERENDUM ON
SALE OF ALCOHOL BEVERAGES
April 6, 2010 SPRING ELECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the Town of Spring Brook, Dunn County, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, the following question will be submitted to a vote of the people:

Shall Class “B” licenses (taverns, hotels, restaurants, clubs, societies, lodges, fair associations, etc.) be issued for the retail sale of beer for consumption on or off the premises where sold in the Town of Spring Brook under s. 125.05 (1), Wisconsin Statutes?

A copy of the entire petition directing the submission of the question may be obtained from the office of the Town of Spring Brook Clerk.  Absentee ballots will be available from Clerk.
