Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 9, 2009, at 7:45 p.m. at the Town Hall, a Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget for 2010 will be held. The proposed budget in detail will be available by contacting the Town Clerk at 715-664-8545.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF ELECTORS

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 9, 2009, immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget which begins at 7:45 p.m. at the Town Hall, a Special Meeting of Electors called by the Town Board pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes will be held for the following purposes:

To adopt the total 2009 town tax levy to be paid in 2010 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of the Wisconsin State Statutes;
To approve the 2010 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03(2) of the Wisconsin State Statutes.

The Town of Spring Brook Regular Board Meeting will follow at which the Board will consider the proposed budget for adoption.
